Rythme is a decentralized, blockchain-enabled platform that provides digital tools and services for music streaming, NFT minting, token staking, artist-fan engagement, and financial integrations. By accessing or using any part of the Rythme ecosystem, you agree to the following terms and disclaimers:
General Platform Disclaimer
Rythme is a hybrid Web2/Web3 service offering. While parts of the platform (e.g., streaming, profile management) are centralized for usability and security, all Web3 features (staking, tokens, NFTs, royalties, etc.) operate on smart contracts across multiple blockchains. Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
Platform availability, uptime, and features are not guaranteed.
Data displayed (e.g., analytics, balances, charts) may not reflect real-time or final values.
Service performance may vary based on user location, blockchain congestion, or wallet provider reliability.
Blockchain and Crypto Disclaimer
Rythme integrates with third-party blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Solana, and other EVM-compatible chains.
You are responsible for managing your own wallet(s) and private keys.
Rythme does not store or access any private keys or seed phrases.
All blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible.
Rythme is not responsible for lost funds, failed transactions, or contract misuse caused by user error, external services, or malicious behavior.
Cryptocurrencies and NFTs are volatile and speculative. Do not participate in staking, purchasing, or investing on Rythme if you do not understand the risks involved.
Royalties and Monetization Disclaimer
Rythme provides automated royalty and payout infrastructure for artists and managers using smart contracts. While designed for transparency and fairness:
Royalties are distributed according to predefined splits at the time of upload or tokenization.
Rythme is not liable for disputes between collaborators, managers, or third-party rights holders.
Revenue earned from NFTs, tokens, or staking may vary and does not guarantee profit.
Payments are subject to gas fees, blockchain delays, or third-party processor terms.
KYC & Compliance Disclaimer
Rythme does not directly require identity verification (KYC) for most users. However:
All fiat and crypto payment processing is routed through KYC-compliant partners (e.g., Stripe, Coinbase Commerce).
Certain high-risk or large-scale campaigns may require manual verification or documentation before proceeding.
Rythme reserves the right to deny or suspend accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms of service.
Use of Rythme may be restricted in regions subject to financial or technology sanctions.
NFTs & Digital Ownership Disclaimer
NFTs minted or sold on Rythme are digital collectibles. They do not represent ownership of copyrights or underlying recordings unless explicitly stated.
Buyers should verify the details, metadata, and permissions of NFTs before purchase.
Secondary market resale or value retention is not guaranteed.
Rythme does not mediate or resolve disputes between buyers and sellers after transactions occur on-chain.
Financial & Investment Disclaimer
Nothing on Rythme constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
Any token, staking, or NFT promotion should be considered a utility-based product, not a financial instrument.
You must comply with your local laws regarding crypto usage, digital assets, and earnings reporting.
Rythme does not provide investment returns, interest-bearing accounts, or securities.
Security Disclaimer
While we use industry-standard tools and conduct audits where applicable:
Smart contracts carry inherent risks, including bugs, exploits, and dependency vulnerabilities.
Rythme disclaims liability for any loss resulting from contract failure, attack vectors, or wallet misuse.
Users are responsible for the security of their own devices, wallets, and passwords.

By using Rythme, you acknowledge that:
You are of legal age and jurisdiction to access and interact with Web3 services.
You understand the decentralized nature of the platform and the limitations that come with it.
