General Login or Access Issues

Wallet Issues (Web3 Features)

These issues apply to staking, token launches, NFT purchases, and swaps.

Common Wallet Errors

❌ “Wallet not connected” even after approval → Make sure the wallet network (Ethereum, BNB, etc.) matches the DApp. → Try reconnecting or refreshing the browser tab.

❌ “User rejected transaction” → This simply means you declined the wallet signature. Re-initiate the transaction and approve it.

❌ “Gas fee too low” or stuck transaction → Adjust gas settings manually in your wallet, or wait for congestion to reduce.


Music Streaming Problems

Staking / Launchpad Errors

Can’t Stake?

  • You must connect a compatible wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).

  • If using locked staking: check if you're committing to a valid time period (30/60/90 days).

  • Tokens must be approved once before staking — make sure you’ve confirmed both transactions.

Can’t Buy in Launchpad?

  • The project might not be live yet.

  • Check if your wallet is funded with the correct token (ETH, USDC, etc.).

  • Refresh your connection or change wallet provider (WalletConnect → MetaMask).


Mobile-Specific Fixes

  • Use WalletConnect for most DApps (MetaMask mobile browser is also supported).

  • iOS users: make sure in-app browser permissions are enabled.

  • Android users: allow popups for wallet signature screens.
